For ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà students visiting other universities, credits completed while a visiting student at another university must be approved for credit at ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà by the graduate program and the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies prior to registering at the host university. ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà students can visit other universities using the Western Dean's Agreement, Graduate Exchange Agreement and other exchange agreements at Go Global.

Student Insurance
ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà students doing off-campus research on behalf of ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà or engaging in ÑÇÖÞÌìÌÃ-sanctioned activities may be covered by or be eligible for additional insurance coverage under one of ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Risk Management Services’ insurance policies. Application Deadline
Under the terms of the , fully-completed forms must be received by the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies at ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the at ÑÇÖÞÌìÌÃ. If a form is not received and approved in time, the student may not receive permission to take the course. In addition, the fee waiver is not available retroactively.
Note: Students in the following graduate programs are not eligible for exchange under the Western Deans' Agreement:
- MRSc (tuition is paid per credit)
- MET (tuition is paid per credit)
- MFA Creative Writing Distance (tuition is paid per credit)
- MEng (not administered by the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies)
