Quick – tell us the top five things you are good at! Can you do it? The truth is, many of us spend more time focused on (and trying to fix) what we’re not good at, instead of discovering, appreciating, and cultivating our strengths. In this session, using the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment (), you will learn more about your top strengths, how they interact with each other, how they shape your perspective, and how they can be leveraged for success in grad school and beyond. The Top 5 Strengths Assessment is included in this workshop.Ìý
In this workshop, you will:Ìý
- Reflect on, interpret, and articulate your unique strengths and specify what they mean to youÌý
- Discuss and share ideas about how your strengths inform your degree and your future career plansÌý
- Learn about opportunities to speak to your strengths
This session is part of the Career Workshop Series. Participants will benefit from attending multiple workshops in the series, but they can choose to attend only those that best fit their interests and availability.
